I had one of the best heritage hammam experiences at Izil Spa in Abu Dhabi Mall. The treatment was absolutely luxurious, relaxing, and beautifully authentic. A special thank you to Mariam for her exceptional care and professionalism—she made the entire experience truly memorable. I also had my hair styled by Alya, who did an amazing job. The result was elegant, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. What truly sets Izil apart is the outstanding customer service. The reception team is always smiling, welcoming, and attentive. They never keep you waiting and make you feel like you are their number one customer from the moment you walk in. Their warmth and hospitality create such a wonderful atmosphere. Best Moroccan bath I have tried, very clean place and the services are very good with Technician Toma, highly recommended. They give you a welcoming drink when you arrive and after the service they serve Moroccan tea with deserts, you feel very disconnected and relaxed by the end.
