illy Caffe - Abu Dhabi Mall

What a gem! I stopped in for a latte and a bite and honestly couldn't have been happier. The coffee was perfectly balanced — smooth, rich, and not too bitter — and the food was fresh and full of flavour. A special shoutout to Ms Bipana Osti, the barista, who made my drink with so much care and gave such a warm welcome. You can tell they put real care into everything they serve. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxed, making it the perfect spot to slow down for a bit. Already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

I recently visited illy Caffè Abu Dhabi Mall and had such a lovely experience 🤍 We ordered an Americano and a hot chocolate, and both were absolutely delicious—perfectly made and so comforting ☕🍫 What truly made our visit special was the warm welcome from Mr. Nimash and the wonderful service by Ms. Nimesha, who prepared our drinks. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out, and it made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place not only for the great coffee but also for the amazing people behind it. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! 🌟
