Il Forno, Abu Dhabi Mall

Aly and Grace were exceptionally welcoming and handled our orders. I ate with a friend and we ordered a kids meal margherita and a side of garlic bread with cheese both of which tasted exceptional. They also provided generous refills for the complementary breads which also tastes incredible. Special mention to the fresh quality of the food and our orders all came within less than 10 minutes total. Overall the whole restaurant atmosphere was brilliant, the service exceptionally efficient and the staff all kind. I will definitely be returning.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and beautiful vibes. It’s well organized and perfect for both small gatherings and families. As for the food, there’s no need to say much—it’s already well known for its quality. The waiting time was a bit longer than expected, but the restaurant was very busy, so that’s completely understandable. I would also like to recognize the amazing staff: Ryan was incredibly kind and always tried to make sure I had everything I needed before I even asked. Lorie or Camila was busy, but she noticed from a distance that I needed something and came over right away to help. She added ice to my drink. Jenlie has a warm smile, a very positive attitude, and such a kind personality. I don’t know any of them personally, but their kindness and excellent service made me want to mention them in my review. Thank you all for making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I did eat in the restaurant lot of times , its was amazing and i order also to my house so clean great taste and big quantity, today they send gifts to my child ❤️🥹thank you Forno and thanks for The philippiny girl in the call center☺️❤️

We are quite familiar with Il Forno from their several other branches and this one is no different with their excellent food and service! The staples for us include Nona's baked pasta and Chef's special pizza and this time we tried the Black Truffle Fettuccine, and it was simply brilliant! Well done for continuing to exceed.
