I lles shopping in this branch for its spacious areas and calm atmosphere. Staff are friendly and give you enough space to eye every item at your ease. Variety of itema and good deals . Home are is reasonably small compared dyo other branches howver the shop is neat and reasonably nice when shopping g in AD Mall.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. They did not even provide a complimentary bag for the items I purchased, and instead, they wanted to charge me ten dirham for one. It feels like a way to squeeze more money out of customers. Charging for something that should be provided for free is unacceptable. A very poor experience overall.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by the sales staff. I purchased several items from the store, but no shopping trolley or basket was offered, despite carrying multiple products. Only a single bag was provided. While walking around the store with the bag, its corner accidentally came into contact with a displayed mug, causing it to fall and break. Although the damage was completely unintentional, the staff insisted that I pay the full price for the broken item. I understand the importance of handling merchandise carefully, but this was a genuine accident that could likely have been avoided if appropriate shopping baskets or trolleys had been made available to customers. I hope the store reviews its customer service practices and considers providing adequate shopping facilities to help prevent similar incidents in the future. I also encourage the management to adopt a more reasonable and customer-friendly approach when dealing with accidental damage.

Very bad experience with an older Filipina lady cashier. She does not know how to properly check whether the price is regular or on sale. Mind you, I asked many times, even confirming with the other Indian lady. Because of this, I experienced a lot of inconvenience and a long wait just to have the price processed again. When she finally realized the mistake, she showed no reaction, took no accountability, and instead ignored the issue.

Horrible experience. Just entered the store and instead of greeting all i heard is staffs are announcing closing time. I mean the closing time is 10 PM as per the website and i entered at 9:40 PM. At least greet and ask what customers are looking for.
