20.07 I bought a bag in your store and then left for the airport. An hour after the purchase, the lock on the bag broke. I can't get in touch with the store in any way, emails are not being sent. The store in another store can't help me in any way. Money has been thrown away. The worst service

Just left from there the sales lady there is really annoying wz her speed and movement (too slow) also after i chose a wallet she took it to the counter from display i thought she will just check the stock or something but no she was selling me the display piece wzout telling me !!!!!!
