Wow! So delicious crab stick salad here. I am not a big fan of salads but because its hot outside, so decided to go for it. Very friendly team and fast. Highly recommended . Will be back.

Emma is amazing at the front desk she was able to make my son no soya sauce rice noodles with just butter!!!.. amazing he has allergies and is so happy to eat rice noodles gluten free! Amazing staff thank you so much!!! Food is tasty!!!

Its my first time to eat in Fujiyama Restaurant today, located in Abudhabi Mall. but I'm very displeased with one of the lady staff. And I get wrong food. I don't understand what she saying when I ask about food. She is talking very speed. When I ask about wrong food she is talking very rudely and loudly with some other language. Very bad costumer service. If the staff is like that no one will come to have food there and nobody will comeback. 20/9/2025

Your staff named "BELLE" in Abu Dhabi mall is very unaccommodating, unprofessional and rude. Took her a lot of time to finish serving 2 people with 2 orders, had to wait 5mins to get her to do mine. She's unprofessional, wearing BIRKENSTOCK SANDALS WITH SOCKS TO WORK!!! This is not good, unhygienic and it's not very nice to get served like this while paying good amount of money for food. Customer service is not defined like this. Very unprofessional, seems like she is not trained properly to do this job. Food seems to be good, but having this kind of service ruins it all. Never again. DCC branch is wayyyyyy better!!

The restaurant is located at Abu Dhabi Mall food court. Their staff are friendly and has good customer service. Theor food was great and tasty. They have a combo meal for 35 dirhams 2 viands and a rice or half rice and half noodles with a choice of your drink. Your tummy will be satisfied with their combo meal. Highly recommended.
