Excellent service from Abdulazeez at the counter. He was funny, humble and very helpful. I really liked that he called me over to the counter eagerly as soon as I entered the branch. I also love that he was reciting holy Quran with a soothing voice. Not only did he action my transaction very fast, he also accommodated my request to have a large sum in small bills. I also liked that he showed a brotherly Arab attitude after realizing I'm Algerian. It was truly a pleasant experience going to the bank today. I had the worst customer service experience at the FAB branch in Abu Dhabi Mall. I went there to open an account, and despite having a high salary, I had to visit multiple times over more than 15 days, and my account still wasn’t opened. The staff were completely unhelpful and did not explain anything to me as a customer. Truly a disappointing experience. In contrast, I visited another FAB branch, and the service there was professional, courteous, and smooth.
