for Dune London (Yas Mall) I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Dune London at Yas Mall and had a very disappointing experience. After wearing the sandals only once, the strap became loose, which clearly indicated poor quality. When I returned to the store, they neither offered an exchange nor a refund. As a result, I had to buy a new pair and pay the full price again. The lack of customer service and product quality was incredibly frustrating. I expected better from a brand like Dune London and will think twice before shopping there again.

In abu dhabi dune shop i met the Worst sales person ( Filipino male ) my baby she is very fond of bags so she did not even drop anything she just touched one bag and the sales person came and told me there. Is a sensor and no one should come and touch the bags cause the Dune management asks him that why people are coming in the shop then he rudely raised his voice and told me ma’am this is retail you cannot just come inside So i asked him what is the issue what if i want to buy and if my baby ruined anything?? He just said said maam you cannot come with baby I think you should train your staff basic SOS and manners very disappointed
