Draft Coffee & Co.

As a loyal customer who has been visiting Draft almost daily for the past two years, along with many of my colleagues and friends, I was disappointed with today’s experience. I simply asked for the matcha to be adjusted because it tasted different and seemed weaker than usual (I am used to a certain level of quality) Unfortunately, the response from the new employee felt dismissive, and I was told there would be an additional charge. This was surprising, as I have always appreciated Draft for both its quality and service. I hope the team can look into this and ensure customer feedback is handled more professionally.

It was my first time trying the iced matcha and I loved it. David was incredibly helpful when I wanted an adjustment and he did it swiftly without hesitation and was extremely polite, kind and professional. I hope he gets the appreciation and recognition he deserves. We value service workers who show up like this everyday!

The order was a cortado with Salvador . The flavor was good, but the size of the cup and the amount of milk were larger than the size of the cortado, but the taste was good. I also tried the v60 coffee. It was not bad. The staff was nice. The design of the place is simple and its colors are calm.
