My son and my favourite Samsung Repair Centre! Pukal is outstanding with his hospitality at the Centre's reception. He is really kind and proactive. Akshay operates his magic on the phone and does not leave any detail hanging. The high levels of kindness and support provided to my son and my mother meant the World. Our mobiles were truly thankful, too.

I visited the Samsung Service Center at Abu Dhabi Mall (Sharaf DG) regarding an issue with my S24 Ultra not charging. Mr. Allen attended to my concern immediately and attempted a Level One solution to resolve the problem. I was a bit worried, as I had heard that repairs could cost around AED 250 if the issue couldn’t be fixed at this level. Fortunately, Mr. Allen’s advice worked perfectly, and the problem was resolved without any charge. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness!

Most pathetic service for HP laptop. I bought laptop from Sharad DG and salesman informed that I can contact him directly for any issue with device. Now, I have been facing problem with laptop and even after three services it is still heating and getting shutdown. Please stay away from Sharad DG if possible.
