Daiso Japan - Abu Dhabi Mall

I bought a rope and quality was awful. No way to use it.. it goes up and down. Seems that no one tested it .. staff refused to exchange because I don’t have a package. It is not fair to me as a loyal customer. I will not recommend this store to anyone due to such quality of goods and customer service.

It is very disappointing that cashier registering your number without your knowledge. They will ask your phone number and you’ll just be surprised that you’ll receive an OTP. Please educate your cashier how to approach the customer and ask first if we would like to be registered before asking our number, 2nd the cashiers know that I was disappointed of what happened, but both of them just looking at me arrogantly, why ? Because I’m just an Asian ? Please review your cashier’s behavior.

Just found out that Mr. Rashid has moved to Daiso Abu Dhabi — I didn’t even realise the change because his service has remained just as prompt and helpful as ever!
