Cinnabon - Abu Dhabi Mall

The best place to chill and enjoy your sweet tooth. This place is spacious and even if you are a super introvert shy person, you can easily go here and order alone as staff is not rude and they are so easy going and give you time. Try the classic Cinnabon (Cinnabon is basically cinnamon rolls with their own trademark and variety of recipes) first and the chocolate drip one is more sweet. Their coffee is good too. It’s filling desert so worth the price. Here you have a plenty of seatings. Anyways the area is not very quiet as you can here surrounding sounds from other restaurants.

The service was great, which is why we keep coming back as regular customers. However, we were disappointed with the cinnamon roll we received, it was Very dry and didn’t seem freshly baked. It was so hard that even the plastic fork broke while trying to cut it. We hope the store can serve freshly baked cinnamon rolls consistently, as it would make the experience much better for loyal customers like us.

Had a really good experience at the Abu Dhabi Mall branch. The staff, especially Kendra, were very friendly and gave great service. The Cinnabon was fresh and juicy, and the coffee was really nice too. The atmosphere felt calm and relaxing, honestly a great place to sit, enjoy, and unwind. Thanks for the excellent service!

I stopped by Cinnabon at Abu Dhabi Mall and really loved it! The cinnamon rolls were super fresh, warm, and just melted in my mouth. So tasty and satisfying — exactly what I was craving. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and quick with the service. Great spot for a sweet treat if you’re in the mall!
