Had a wonderful experience at my favorite salon Chanails Abu Dhabi Mall branch with Marie and her colleague. I came for a manicure and pedicure, and they were both incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Marie was so sweet, professional, and did her work perfectly with great attention to detail. This place is a calm and clean salon in Abu Dhabi, and the Moroccan bath with Ilham is truly amazing. She is very calm and doesn't talk much while working, which adds to the relaxing experience. The salon itself has a high quality of clients, and the hair team is very skilled. The reception staff are always welcoming with a lovely smile, making it my favorite place since 2020. Very very expensive. About AED467 for acrylic refill. Went there with a friend for convenience as she was staying at the hotel. However. I will never come back to this salon because of the cost. I usually go to another salon for dip and buff and it costs me about AED230. Will be going back to my usual salon next time.

Chanails is a wonderful salon in the mid of Abu Dhabi. Conveniently located at Abu Dhabi mall, the salon is top-notch with excellent services and the most friendly staff. They welcome and pamper you with grace and devotion. I had a wonderful blowdry session. It lasted perfectly for the evening. I would definitely be returning again!!
