I am a customer of this shop and always buy stuff from them, I Bought this bag last year and the handles peeled off spoke the shop and they said they dont repair or replace the bag, usually respectable good brands fix the stuff thats damaged not just tell the customer its out of warranty what a shame

Bought a bag 02.06.2022 during the day and a girl from Eastern Europe was very rude, the way she was approaching me was disgusting. The language and tone of voice were just unacceptable for “high brand” representative. Well who knows maybe the place where you hire people from is the cheap street market. Attitude exactly corresponds it

Bad quality especially shoes. Charm fell twice, shoes worn 5 times and damaged and they have no solution! Horrible customer service .

Carolina Herrera is one of my favorite luxury brands, especially the CH Carolina Herrera Eau De Toilette – it has a soft, elegant scent that lasts all day. I always enjoy a classy shopping experience and excellent service at the store. Highly recommended!

The bad customer service was evident when the employee did not even smile at the customer, possibly due to prejudices against their Filipino nationality. Despite feeling unwelcome, the customer entered the store with a budget of 500 pesos to purchase a gift for someone special. They may not be wealthy, but they truly wanted to make a purchase. The employee's actions made the customer feel discriminated against. Very bad customer service july 12
