Caffè Nero

Please remove tiramisu from the dessert list. It really shouldn’t be sold anywhere. I found it absolutely disgusting — overloaded with cocoa powder and impossible to enjoy. It’s honestly the worst dessert I’ve ever tried.

Being a loyal customer at Nero, I've been always greeted and welcomed warmly. Staff there are amazing, specially the guy from Uganda. Bakery selection is fresh always and coffee is so tasty. Clean and cosy seating area.

All staff are friendly, accommodating and the coffee is good especially the coffee beans.

In terms of service & staff is very accomodating and ambiance of the shop is perfect while serving the nice food they have. All staff are kind very welcoming i hope all staff like this feels good to see snd experience this way as consumer.

Staff is truly kind, they’re usually cheerful. Nero is one of my favorite beans to say the least. Several options for quick bites are available as well. I’m not happy with the prices increase.
