Brands For Less - Abu Dhabi Mall

I wanted to buy Kenzo sneakers. I found my model and my size, and the price was 500 AED. Then I noticed other sneakers from the same model year and the same product line, which were almost identical, but they were priced at 177 AED. Naturally, after seeing this, I no longer wanted to buy almost the same sneakers while paying more than twice the price. I called a sales assistant and tried to explain this. He could clearly see that the sneakers were basically the same — the only difference was the upper design — yet he kept insisting that they were “completely different,” and that was why the prices were so different. It was obvious that they were simply different models from the same collection, not entirely different products. I explained this several times, but he kept pretending not to understand. It felt like the salesperson was intentionally trying to mislead me. This made the situation very unpleasant, and I decided to leave the store and not return.

The female staff member, Glazie or Grazie, (or something like that) I apologize if I’ve misspelled her name, at the Abu Dhabi Mall branch was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. I really appreciated the way she communicated with customers. She provided outstanding service and truly deserves a raise Thank you for having such a wonderful team member!

I visited the store in Abu Dhabi Mall a few days ago and had a wonderful experience. I purchased a 2- watch,from Brands for less, and the consultant named Kaung ✨kindly adjusted it to my size. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He helped me choose the perfect watch and explained everything clearly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service I received was truly excellent. Management should definitely recognize that he is a dedicated and trustworthy employee. Because of this experience, I will only visit this branch from now on.

Great place to find branded items at affordable prices.

I am a regular shopper of the brand, but my experience tonight (June 28 around 7:35 PM) at the Abu Dhabi Mall branch was unacceptable. I went to collect an online order and politely asked the counter attendant Francis for help. He completely ignored me, refused to make eye contact, and actually served a customer right behind me instead. When I asked why he was disregarding me, he had the audacity to raise his voice. The blunt unprofessionalism from Francis was shocking. Management needs to address this immediately, this is completely unacceptable behavior. (this review is purely staff behavior only and not the brand itself)
