The dates are so fresh and delicious. The quality is excellent, and the location is very convenient. All the dates are super fresh, and the flavors are unbelievable. The staff was super friendly, and they let us try the dates.

We love Bateel dates, chocolates and their cafe. But, this branch needs to put better people in charge. Both the employees need further training in how to deal with customers. I got my order but their behaviour needs improvement.i spend over 700 AED
