Bateel - Abu Dhabi Mall

Everything we ordered was fantastic, but the truffle pizza and the Basque cheesecake are on another level—absolutely perfect! The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is elegant yet very cozy and clean. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Went to Bateel Abu Dhabi Mall branch last November when I visited UAE. My cousin brought me to this chocolate cafe. Products are way too costly, but I think they lives up to their price. I mean, their chocolates are delectable and exquisite! Most of all, their staff are accommodating and very warm to their customers. Special mention to Mr, Hassan. Thank you!

Bateel has always been one of my favorite stores to shop in. The quality of their products is exceptional. I have previously purchased from Bateel in Dubai Marina store. But this time I got to visit Abu Dhabi, and couldn’t miss visiting my favorite store. However, this experience was beyond horrible. Staff behaved like it was annoyed its customers, with our presence at the store. Staff lady, that worked with us, got amounts of dates wrong several times, so she had to return back to top up the box and bring the correct amount. The moment I asked her to fill in another box I saw her rolling the eyes, which was completely rude, I have never seen anything like that before…On the contrary, I’ve always thought it is great when people buy more from your store and genuinely enjoy your product. And the final drop was that the tax free form that we thought has been filled in, was in fact not. Only at the airport we were only told that the barcode on the form was inactive. That was beyond my understanding to be honest. This is one of the worst experiences in stores so far. I cannot express how sorry I am, that I have had such an experience. I very much hope that the staff at this store gets proper training, as I love Bateel and hope that this brand only creates positive experiences with its customers.

I had a great experience with Bateel. Their customer service is excellent, and I want to extend a special thanks to Hasan for his prompt and efficient support. He made the process smooth and easy, and his professionalism is truly appreciated. Highly recommend Bateel for both their products and outstanding service!
