Sad to have to post this. My son gave them some valuable Pokémon for their grading service. 5 months later, they don’t know where the cards are and are refusing to call me back. We have had good experiences here before but this is basically theft and we are exploring our options regarding prosecution.

Great atmosphere and vibes with people having fun all around the store. Amazing and friendly staff that are willing to help you with anything. I got my hands on my first Yu-Gi-Oh booster packs from this shop after a long talk with one of the staff members (I didn't get his name sadly but he was super friendly). They host Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments all the time if you're interested in getting into the TCG. I also pulled a collector's rare from my first ever box with my girlfriend so this shop is already the best in my eyes. I have literally nothing to say but good things about this place and I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
