I came into Aziz Jewellers at the Madinat Zayed Gold Centre Abu Dhabi U.A.E after seeing two 22 carat gold bangles that I really liked in the window. This was my birthday present to me so it had to be just right and also my first visit into the jewellery shop. Hammad and his colleague was very patient with me and very kind. I has a chance to relax, conversate and try on the bangles I liked before purchasing with no rush. They even filled in a refund of added value tax form for me. I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be back for the 22 carat gold twisted bangles to make a set. See you again soon. Very bad experience in this shop. I asked several times to try a ring, and the salesman just ignored me. Few of them were not busy, and nobody assisted me. Not to mention that one salesman had an attitude. I will not go to this shop again. Please, level up the service you’re offering for a shop selling gold and diamond, it is not acceptable.

Very bad experience. Very rude seller, he speaks with a very condescendant tone. Too many other shops in the mall to be treated this way. I tried a 9 grams bracelet, he was not happy because I didn’t buy it, and talked to his colleague in his language about me. Run away from this shop !!!

This shop is stealing money. I bought a chain of 40.67 grams 22K at price 490 dhs with manufacture after negotiation at 10. He calcualted the total of (490*40.67) which amounted to 19928 and then took 10% manufacture of 1993dhs . As opposed to the usual calculation in other gold shops of manufacture (40.67*10)which would amount only to 406dhs.when i returned to confront the worker,he said all shops do the same calculation which is not true.Dont go to this shop. They deserve 0 stars.

Don't buy from this shop if you want to save your money. I bought silver from them and unfortunately, I was In a rush didn't notice. They charged me extra more than 500 Dhs!!
