Autostrad Rent A Car, Abu Dhabi Mall

Worst unprofessional experience ever at Autostrad Abu Dhabi mall. After a 3 hour wait going back and forth. Staff not friendly at all, too much of an effort to great or even smile. The state of the car absolutely appalling! When I notify the gentleman that helped me that the bumper is hanging he’s words “push it in”. Besides the car being dirty on the outside, the inside was atrocious, having to jump into a vehicle you hired for a month to sit in other people’s litter and used tissues is something else! I will not use this company again.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The advertisement stated that no deposit was required, but when I arrived to collect the car, I was informed that I had to pay a AED 1,500 deposit or provide a credit card, which was not what I expected based on the advertisement. I requested a refund from the first day, and at the time of writing this review, I have still not received it. I was also informed that 6% would be deducted as bank transfer fees, which I found difficult to understand and inconsistent with my own banking experience in the UAE. Whenever I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly told that my request required management approval. Unfortunately, this resulted in long delays and no clear resolution. Based on my personal experience, I found the company to be lacking in transparency, with poor customer service and an inefficient management process. I would not recommend booking with them.

Thank you to Ms. Sheena . I had a problem with other branch and she was able to explain to me my situation very well. She made an effort to entertain me even if it's not her responsibility. I got the answer and good way of communicating with customer from her which I did not get from the other branch (Autostrad Airport Road) . Thank you so much .I really appreciate it. I hope that the other branch will imitate you and make you their model in communicating with customers .
