Visited again on June 12th as the piece that I bought on May 16th ( not even a month old is broken ) it’s pretty shocking for me !! On the other hand the experience that I get during the purchase is just opposite during my post purchase where no one I able to give attention to me and are making me wait unnecessarily just to have their store contact details to track on my request about the broken footwear’s.

To my surprise, the staff refused the exchange, insisting on a physical paper invoice. In a digital-first era, it is incredibly inconvenient and outdated for a brand to reject its own electronic records. I expected much better customer service and a smoother process."
