I am honestly very happy with the service I received at the ADCB digital kiosk in Abu Dhabi Mall. I was truly impressed by how modern, fast, and efficient the whole experience was. Through the electronic kiosk, I updated my Emirates ID, updated my passport details, and even received a new active debit card instantly — all in less than 5 minutes! Everything was smooth, simple, and very professional without any waiting or paperwork. Miss Doaa at the digital kiosk was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She even allowed me to record the kiosk experience because I was so happy and impressed with the service. I also want to thank Aya and Akram at the front desk for helping me with the correct information and guiding me to get the right token for the digital kiosk service. Their support made the whole experience even easier and more comfortable. To top it all off, they even offered me Arabic coffee as a lovely courtesy. This is exactly the kind of modern banking experience people appreciate. Highly recommended!
